The Flock

Small wings. Carrying big stories.

Why we gather

In nature, the gentle messengers we find comfort in—the solitary robin, the fleeting dragonfly and the quiet ladybird—each lives in its own small part of the world.

But here, we do things differently.

We bring them together.

A collective of birds may have many names, but The Flock felt right. It speaks of kindness over chaos, of companionship over solitude. A flock moves together, carrying one another through changing seasons and strong winds.

Because while grief, remembrance and new beginnings can often feel deeply personal, they are never ours to carry completely alone.

When you welcome one of these hand-finished keepsakes into your home, you aren't simply hanging a piece of art. You become part of a growing flock of people who choose to honour love, cherish memory, and keep looking for the light that remains.

The Stories We Carry

Every piece that leaves my studio marks a significant moment in someone's personal journey. From that moment on, it no longer belongs to me. It becomes part of your story.

Sometimes it is chosen to remember a parent, a partner or a dear friend. Sometimes it marks a quiet step forward after loss, a gentle reminder that love continues long after someone has gone. These pieces are never simply objects. They become gentle companions to memory, carrying the stories, emotions and connections that words alone cannot always express.

That is why I created The Flock.

Not simply to share my work, but to create a place where those stories can continue to be told. A place where memories are honoured, kindness is shared, and people discover they are not alone.

We often think of remembrance as something that asks us to look backwards.

Yet the quiet appearance of a robin, a dragonfly or another gentle messenger can encourage us to do something different.

To pause.

To breathe.

To look up.

Not because we leave the people we love behind, but because we carry them with us as we continue our own journey.

Every story shared here becomes a gentle reminder that love does not end with loss. It changes shape, finding new ways to remain present in our everyday lives.

Together, these stories become something greater than any one keepsake.

They become a flock.

A gathering of people connected not by circumstance, but by love, remembrance and the quiet hope that even in life's hardest moments, light still finds a way through.

Carrying Hope Forward

Our Growing Flock

Our flock continues to grow, one story at a time.
Thank you to every family who has chosen to share a little of their story.
